Report 09 October
Edit by Coby and Sjaak.
This day we go to the AACA Hershey meet.
From the campsite there was a shuttle service with an original yellow school bus.
We had an appointment to park the Model T at the stand of Coker Tires, the company that delivers us the tires for the Model T during our world tour.
At the stand we were warmly welcomed by Corky Coker, the boss of Coker Tires.
At the stand there was a lot of attention for the Model-T and the work of the SOS organisation. The collect bin was doing a good job. Friends from Dirk and Trudy from Houston, Bill and Pat Sherrill, came also for a visit.
Joris Bergsma, of Pre-War Car, with his orange hat came also for a visit.
On the event terrain there were a lot of thing to do and there were a lot of special parts.
After all the impressions this day we finished the day with a very nice dinner with Dirk’s friend Stynus Schotte from the Netherlands.
