When we woke up this morning the entire campsite was in the mist, what a beautiful sight. The mist quickly disappeared as soon as the sun rose higher. We have breakfast and pack everything again, at 10.30 we are ready to leave. We drive north, first towards Diekirch and then further up. At one point we are overtaken by an old Landrover with a Dutch license plate. We wave and drive behind each other for a while. Later during coffee time Trudy and Dirk tell us that they have come into contact with them before when they stayed together at the same campsite in Montenegro. When we start driving again we smell petrol and see that the T-Ford is leaking petrol. That is not good, we direct them to the side. Fortunately, Dirk manages to solve the problem quite quickly and we can continue. The rest of the journey goes smoothly. We drive into Belgium and at the end of the day we drive into the Netherlands! For Dirk and Trudy, a special moment to set foot on Dutch soil again after 5 months. We drove through 4 countries today. We look for a campsite near Vaals, we arrive at a beautiful farm campsite and how coincidental is that there is still a T-Ford on the campsite from the same year of construction (1915) as our T-Ford. We build a tent, cook food and make plans on how we will continue the route tomorrow.
Today we drove 169 km
